Hello beautiful human, I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Molly and I created Radiant Vibrations as a practice to help people reconnect with themselves - to feel, process, and gently come home to who they are.
My work is rooted in the belief that when we allow ourselves to truly feel, we begin to shift. We begin to remember who we are and why we are here. Through sound, meditation, breath, movement, and other integrative and somatic modalities, I guide people back into their bodies — back into presence — where clarity, softness, safety, and vitality already exist.
I know this path intimately.
I’ve experienced what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck in cycles of numbing, distracting, or pushing through. Like many of us, I learned how to disconnect from my emotions before I learned how to safely be with them. Over time, I found my way back through practices that invited me to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with myself in a more honest and compassionate way. That journey is what informs my work.
I have studied and trained in multiple trauma-informed somatic practices, apprenticed and learned alongside different sound healers, and held space through sound baths, ceremonies, women’s circles, rituals, and immersive healing experiences. My approach blends intuition with grounded practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, embodiment, and connection.
My approach is simple, and deeply intentional.
Softness. Presence. Meeting you exactly where you are.
There is no need to be different, fixed, or further along. You are welcome as you are.
More than anything, the heart of my work is simple: I truly want people to feel better.
To feel safer in themselves. More connected to their bodies. More supported in their healing. I want to help people understand that healing is not about fixing ourselves, but about learning how to listen, feel, process, soften, and care for ourselves in new ways.
Radiant Vibrations exists to offer supportive spaces, practical tools, education, and experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and move through life with more presence, compassion, authenticity, and ease.
Let’s get a little more personal
My work is deeply connected to who I am as a human being and the things that make me feel most alive. You can usually find me on a dance floor, creating art, wandering through nature collecting moments of beauty, behind the decks DJing, easing into slow mornings with homemade tea, or moving through a yoga practice. I also love reading, cooking nourishing meals, traveling, and spending time with the people I love.
I’ve called Brooklyn home since 2013 and over the years this city shaped so much of who I am and how I move through the world. But the trees especially have my heart. Nature was one of the first places that helped me slow down enough to hear myself again. It reminded me how to soften, breathe, reconnect, and find my way back home.
